What does AnswerTested do?

We open your website, find your AI chatbot and ask it 10 real customer questions. We check each answer against the facts on your own site (returns, delivery, opening hours) and show you every wrong, unsafe or off-brand answer in a report you can share.

Is the free test really free?

Yes. No sign-up and no card. You enter your website and your email, and we email you a link to the report.

How long does a test take?

The report is usually ready within minutes. It depends on how fast your chatbot replies.

Which chatbots can you test?

We look for the common website chat widgets: Intercom, Tidio, Botpress, Voiceflow, Chatbase, Crisp, Drift and Zendesk. If we cannot find or open your chatbot, the report says so. See how to test your website chatbot.

How do you know an answer is wrong?

We compare the answer with what your own website says, for example your returns page. The full conversation is always in the report, so you can check every verdict yourself. Automated checks can be wrong, and the transcript is the evidence.

Can I test a chatbot I don’t own?

No. Only test a chatbot you own or have permission to test. The form asks you to confirm this.
