We compare the answer with what your own website says, for example your returns page. The full conversation is always in the report, so you can check every verdict yourself. Automated checks can be wrong, and the transcript is the evidence.

No. Only test a chatbot you own or have permission to test. The form asks you to confirm this.

It might. Each of our 10 questions is a real conversation with your chatbot, and some providers count conversations or resolutions towards your bill. Check your provider’s plan before you test.
