Chatbot testing for agencies
Short answerKeep a short answer key for each client (returns, delivery, hours, hand-over), ask every client chatbot the same core questions on a schedule, and send the client the transcript with clear pass and fail marks.
Why it matters for agencies
When you set up a client’s chatbot, the client will hold you responsible for what it says. Courts have also held businesses to their chatbot’s answers: see the Air Canada case.
A simple routine
- Agree an answer key with each client.
- Run the same core questions after every content change, and on a schedule.
- Send a short report: what was asked, what the bot said, what it should have said.
- Fix, then re-test the failed questions.
With AnswerTested
Agency plans (proposed) test many client chatbots and put your logo on each report. See AnswerTested for agencies and pricing.
