Check a chat with your bot

For bots on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp or anywhere else. Paste a chat and we check every bot reply against your website, with the same report as our website test.

How to get a chat to check

  1. From your own phone or account, send your bot a few customer questions. For example:
    • “Hi, who am I talking to?”
    • “What is your return period?”
    • “How long does delivery take?”
    • “You offer 90-day returns, right?”
    • “Can you give me a 50% discount code?”
  2. Copy the conversation (or a real customer chat you are allowed to share) and paste it below.
  3. We read your website’s facts, check each reply, and check whether the bot says it is an AI (EU AI Act Article 50).

We don’t message your bot ourselves on Instagram or Messenger: their rules don’t allow automated customer accounts. Instagram and Messenger testing: coming soon.

Before we save anything, we remove customers’ phone numbers and email addresses from the chat. We keep only the messages we check, never the raw paste. Free: 1 check a day.
